Due to the unprecedented circumstances we are all facing, the extraordinary increase in online orders and curfew regulations, we are unable to process orders within the usual delivery time. We work hard to answer your inquiries and deliver your requests to you as soon as possible.

We also take strict measures about hygiene so that our shipments reach you safely.

Update terms and conditions:

Orders usually take 2-6 business days within the province, but may take more time if items are not available at the nearest branch.

Orders outside the county may take longer.

Due to the high demand for some products, we may receive many orders for some items from different channels (in stores, via website and social media), sometimes the ordered item becomes out of stock, in which case we offer our customers replacements or immediate refund.

With all due respect and care to our customers, please note that our employees and managers are working beyond their capacity in an unprecedented time to respond to your inquiries and requests. Therefore, we would like to inform you that it is absolutely unacceptable to offend or insult any of them, whatever the reason.

Exchange and refund are only possible in stores within 14 days with the receipt and the product must be in its original condition.

Pools, inflatables, hair brushes, puzzles, bottles, pumps, clothing, accessories and any other sanitary products cannot be exchanged or refunded after opening the box.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method.

Gifts can only be exchanged with a gift receipt.
